Is PropCloser a CRM?
No. A CRM stores contacts and tasks for you to act on. PropCloser performs the coordination work itself: contacting parties, requesting documents, confirming earnest money, and tracking deadlines through closing.
Does PropCloser replace a human transaction coordinator?
It performs the coordination work a transaction coordinator does: the follow-up, the communication, and the tracking. You still make the decisions on your deals. It does not provide legal advice and does not replace brokerage supervision, escrow, title, lenders, attorneys, or licensed responsibilities.
What happens after I submit a contract?
